On the afternoon of September 4, the Institute of Higher Education (IHE) held the first work meeting of the new semester, participants included all the members of faculty and staff.  

Dr. Qian Jianhao, Director of the Institute, firstly conveyed the spirit of summer work conference of JUFE leading cadres. Then he emphasized that we should comply fully with the work orientation of IHE by the CPC Committee of JUFE & school administration, promote transformation in time, clarify our thinking and recognize our task goals. Our main work is to put the schoolbased research in the first place by taking the initiative to action and accomplishing the mission successfully, he added. In the periods to come, a complete set of evaluation index system must be scientifically designed and established based on the university’s  overall requirements so as to call on each affiliated  schools and attached units to focus on the double subject consciousness, providing positive and high quality service for faculty members and students, for schools and institutes. 

At the meeting, Director Qian Jianhao also delivered a supplementary lecture on importance of studying series of important remarks of General Secretary Xi Jinping. During the learning exchange process, all the Party members and cadres are intensely aware that the spirit of General Secretary Xi’s speech is scientific guideline to unify our thoughts as well as to promote all undertakings in the new era, which has further strengthened our confidence to realize “two one hundred years” goal and to fulfill China Dream of the great revival of the Chinese nation as well.
