Xiaogang Zhu, associate professor, male, born in 1974, Director of the Higher Education Research Office, Doctor of education. He went to American California State University at Fullerton during 2013.8 to 2014.1 as a visiting scholar. He mainly researches in university strategic management and planning and university curriculum teaching research. In recent years, he has published 2 monographs and participated in 4 books’ editing while also published 20 more papers in the core scientific journals. He took charge in 6 provincial projects such as Educational planning 、Humanities and Social Sciences in Colleges and universities,、provincial subject of social science planning and teaching reform of master degree students. In addition, he participated in 3 key issues of the state’s planning projects and the national education department’s reform projects. He joins two reforming projects of Jiangxi education system which are being researched and is good at University Strategic Management and planning and universities’ curriculum teaching researching.
