On the afternoon of September 4, Wang Jinhua, Deputy Party secretary of the CPC Committee of JUFE, came to the Institute accompanied by Ouyang Kang, Director of Organization Department of the Party Committee of JUFE and announced the cadre appointment on behave of the university: Comrade Huang Xiaoquan is appointed to the Deputy Director of the Institute of Higher Education approved by the Party Committee of JUFE.  

Deputy Party secretary Wang Jinhua hoped that the Institute would do better in transforming working function and further clarify work objectives according to requirement by the university. Research and analysis of domestic and foreign higher education, especially some colleges and  universities of finance and economics should be done in due time, instructive countermeasures and suggestions which are beneficial to the university’s development would be proposed actively and timely based on the school core work.  

In the year of all round deepen reforms, Director Ouyang Kang wished the Institute could be a pioneer of this tidal current, carrying out various activities creatively and successfully. 

In response, Director Qian Jianhao and Deputy Director Huang Xiaoquan presented with positive and brief statement separately, they both expressed their support to the university’s decision, agreed to strengthen the construction of cadres and leading group, to well define responsibilities and to perfect work mechanism. To pull together and lead all the staff, they declared lastly, for the promotion of educational development with concerted efforts so as to contribute our due share to the early fulfillment of JUFE dream of a prestigious university with a century –old history.
